I blew one out too, that somebody else had installed. First time I hit the freeway. So after I fixed it I put a pressure meter on the block, 10 psi at 3,000 rpm. Plus cap pressure, if any.
Smack them all with a hammer. Not a pretty little dimple in the middle that actually sucks it in looser, the middle should be pretty flat.
