Yes on the engine side but not on the transmission side. The PW non synchronized transmissions had one bolt pattern and the PW NP420 had a different bolt pattern.
You can find M37 NP420 transmissions with the same bolt pattern as the non synchronized transmissions. This was so the military could move transmissions between the WCs and M37. They wanted one bolt pattern so they didn’t have to stock multiple transmissions and could gab any Dodge transmission and know that it would fit.
