The recent stimulus package addresses this and allows for 8 weeks pay subsidized by the SBA. Apply for the loan at any FDIC bank and there is debt forgiveness at 100% for payroll. Get your guys and gals back on the payroll. At least that's the way I understand it. There's more info online.
