por-15 vs/ other paints

i just got my townwagon frame back from redistrip and would like to paint it. i was wondering if anyone out there has a preference between the specialty paints on the market and why. i also want to give it 2 coats so i was thinking the first color different and the final black?..any info would be appreciated....sal
