If you don't want to do it yourself, try a wheel shop. You know, the kind that specialize in custom street glitzy stuff. When somebody smacks one of their $200 alloys into a curb and wants to repair instead of replace it. I recently had a set of damaged, tired aluminum wheels brought back to shining glory. They've got all the polishing compounds and know what works.
