No on a couple issues. First there is not a 9.00X16 rim. The 3/4 ton WC and 1 ton Power Wagon in general came with a 6.50X16 inch rim. They mounted either 9.00 X 16 or 7.50 X 16 tires. The 1/2 ton WC came with a narrower rim that has a smaller lock ring and mounted 7.50 X 16 inch tires. These will not work on the 3/4 ton and PWs as there is a clearance (insufficient offset) problem with the brake drum that does not allow the rim to be bolted down solidly (IE rim could work loose).
