4wd front fenders are different, big truck items. Sweptline box is a '60 4wd item, although I have installed on one on my '59 W200 (requires lengthing the end of frame a bit). The 315 has a steel valley cover under the cast intake manifold. 4wd frames are slightly heavier gauge. Running gear/springs are different. Other parts interchange.
