What motor oil should I use...

for the stock 230 CI in a cold New England climate? Mobil 1 synthetic 10-30 ok?
How about for Transmission lubricant?
How about for Differential lubricant?
Will normal stuff do, or do I need special stuff since it's an older truck (1950)?
