BobCat does it for skid steals and reduces down time
The also have a seat solid tire with holes going through them horizontally as they are on the Eqpt. the holes collapse as they get weight on then going over the terrain
Several of the Wheel Barrel makers provide them as a alternative to getting flats on construction sites
For lawn use I think it is a good idea
