the new fuel wreaks havoc on anything it comes in contact with. i was fortunate to find a NOS command car tank and had it renued before install. the renu lining does not interact with the fuel the way the galvanization does. i installed new fuel lines, a rebuilt pump with ethanol resistant diaphragm. i think my frame to pump line is due to be changed, but cannot recall. i keep the tank fairly empty and use a preservative. i add fresh fuel regularly to keep from having a full tank of old bad gas.
