i think the first series ffpw trucks had dual output ptos for the rear belt pulley. i would try bob stahl, veteran vehicles, wrentham, MA -dave cirllo dc truck parts, medford oregon or vintage power wagons, fairfield iowa. check matt tisdale too. he builds restomod power wagons and likely has drivelines from trucks getting the upgrades.
