I'd like one too for my '67 D100. As it is, I stuffed some weatherstrip foam around the gap but it leaks enough so that when I want heat, I don't use the cowl vent to let outside air in but rather have the cowl vent closed with the inside vent open to recirc cab air. Too much cold air gets through the gaps without a good seal there, especially for the passenger.
