Gil, There are no cylinders on it. It just has an Ibeam on the top and I have a manual chain lift and a cheapo electric winch on it as well. I didn't have any plans or one to copy. I just made what I thought would work. It has served me well but in hindsight, i would make it a running rail. Meaning have a rail on each outer wall and span an I beam across so I could move stuff anywhere. Mine does roll but it takes up space. Ask away, I'll answer. All the steel was bought at my local scrap yard by the pound.
