The engine I'm talking about is a Chrysler/Dodge flathead six, 265 cubic inches, not a 4-cylinder. It's just like the flatheads we are used to dealing with in our Power Wagons, but a little more displacement due to a longer stroke. It uses the same block, and virtually all other parts that are used by the 251 and the other 25" long engines, except rods and crank.
