A friend has one on a 62 and 66 a TWPW. I believe it was part of a heavy duty option, which was very rare which would have also included a radiator shroud and possibly an alternator upgrade. I believe they are the same as the flat fender ones and were mounted on the right side next to the radiator. They look the same anyway and were possibly available on sweplines as well.
