I only count 5 teeth. Gear is from a WC 3/4 ton that uses the C-561816 gear. He provides the measurement, compare it to yours and the number of teeth. I know you guys aren't being argumentative, you just want to make sure it is the correct gear that will work with the M37 pinion, which it will. You only need to replace the 4 tooth with a 5 tooth to get what you need. Easy returns if it doesn't, but you don't have options for M37 pinions and there are no other sources for the C-561816 gear. Take the risk! LOL
