I have heard of a Power-Wagon at a quarry just south of Comanche on route 67. That is just a few miles south of Clinton. It could have ended up there. There were also Power-Wagons in Bellevue, Andrew, and Maqouketa - all nearby. May be worth his time to ask around in these communities.
