I personally would not use any heat on it. You have a couple of other heavy duty vehicles, try driving over the wheel with one of them as it is laying on the ground. If that does not work, try taking the tire and wheel combination to the neighborhood backhoe owner. With a strategically placed bucket tooth he should be able to break loose the bead.
