Rim refurbishing

So I am about to replace all the tires on my 1960 WM300 and want to refurbish the GYLTS rims.
What are folks opinion on powder coating versus epoxy painting?
Any areas on the GYLTS rims that need special attention or no coating to ensure the split rim seats properly?
Anyone know of any places in MA, NH, or ME that have experience with refurbishing GYLTS rims (I am in Portland ME)?
