Thanks for all the suggestions. I was able to make some improvement by adjusting the high speed screw a little. If that doesn't last, I'll try changing the spark plug, the fuel line, and cleaning the screen in the muffler, if it has one. The fuel line looks a little tricky for someone with larger than normal fingers.
