Sort of. There is a lot more room ahead of the engine to push the radiator forward, plus there is the notch in the civilian firewall that gives another 2" +/-. The 5.9 block is 29.5" long, and the truck has a big block 236, which is 25" long. I recall seeing a custom aluminum radiator/intercooler setup for a Cummins that would fit into the snout of a WF, but I can't find it now. Slick setup.
