There is a difference between being a pig and someone having a garage to work on a car or two or having a pickup truck in the driveway. There is a time for government to step in and force remediation of a dangerous situation with appropriate procedures. That is so different that passing laws to prevent people from doing normal daily tasks and restricting their use of their property to the point they can’t paint it or change it with out an act of Congress.
