Yeah, that’s a good option once the hubs are adapted to the 5 x 8” pattern.
The military 5 x 6 7/8” pattern was also used on the pre-1934 Fords and Dodges. But you’d never mount an 8.25-20” tire on those narrow early rims. Stu
