I miss old Norm.
I had some good debates with ol mopar regarding Fords. Lol.
I used to love to engage him...he was convinced that every Ford was a piece of garbage.
I used to tell him, Norm, the 7.3 Powerstroke is a great motor. Better than a Cummins? Not in my mind but they go a good long time with very few issues. Maybe a little more thirsty but at least the Ford transmissions don’t blow up every 50k.
Oh boy...I’d whip him into a frenzy! Lol
I owned a Ford 7.3 in those days & put hundreds of thousands of miles on it towing power wagons all over the place from Hollister to the VPW rally to the Colorado trail ride...didn’t matter...you could never convince Norm & he didn’t even drive a diesel in those days! Oh maybe he had a Cummins 2wd with utility body.
Great guy...sad to see guys go so young.
