...or better yet & much cheaper...remove the knob/shaft as described...and in this GM video...the Mopar is the same & the knob is kind of hidden by wire terminals if memory serves me.
Once knob is out, a good old fashioned straight screwdriver is all you need. Insert in slot & turn counterclockwise.
