Well, this is the only other 6 hole gasket and it is for a HD rear diff (4000 pound capacity), 6 hole, that is found on the M375 Motor Home, Fel-Pro# 55046. It's no longer made, if you find some available, get a few. NAPA, O'Riellys, Pep-Boys, Autozone, and Amazon show inventory. I wonder if the axle was switched or special ordered for the truck?
