"54 FFPW Turn Signals

I am restoring a '54 FFPW. I have a signa-stat turn signal assembly was on the original truck.It had a second set of lights just for the turn signals. I would like to use a single light on each side in the rear for brake lights and turn signals.

Can anyone help me with the wiring to make this work?
