You need a good old fashioned electrical repair shop. If you don't have any down in your area try S and W Starter and Alternator in Stroudsburg Pa. I have used them to rewire and rebuild my power wagon starter. Call them to see if they would work on it. 570-326-9837 or 800-326-9837
You could drop it off on your way up to the hunting camp.
