I didn't think it was so funny at the time, but later in life I get a chuckle out of how my dad hated my long hair. But even more interesting is how he listened to all of that '50s and '60s country music and did not like the music I was listening to in the early '70s. But, later in life, he really started liking that music - like CCR, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc. And now, I like the '50s and '60s country music.....
