A little bit of luck
I took a Dodge short bed and cut it in half at the center line of the wheel well. A sheet metal shop bent a 40" panel that matched the side profile at the cut. I separated the front stake pocket from the side and cut 8" off the front, then welded the pocket back on. Added 4 center pockets, and Done! It took over a year to get to this point.
