Thanks Paul! I'll post a picture tomorrow of the wood temp'd into place with the bed walls. It looks pretty sweet!
The last step is to cut the bed strips to length, then punch the square holes where they go for the cross members. I added 2 extra cross members under the wood to help support it. They now lay out at roughly 16" on center.
