I used a horse stall mat from Tractor Supply. I made a template out of cardboard/corrugated paper/paper sheet, marked it all with a paint touch-up pen, then used a fine-toothed metal blade on a jigsaw to cut it out. It was an exact perfect fit (I also cut one for the recess behind the seat). At one inch thick and crazy heavy, it also works great as a sound deadener and radiant heat shield. It doesn't cover the hump, obviously, but looks factory, took only around two hours to make, and cost maybe a whopping $50 from butt to brisket.
