Long time lurker, first time posting...
Anyways, I volunteer at a Boy Scout Camp in Russell, MA, we have a 1954 Power Wagon that is the camp work horse. One of the other staff members snapped an axle shaft about a week ago. Finally got a chance to pull it apart today and it needs a new long (drivers side) rear axle shaft. Looks to be about 46-1/2" long. Thought we had a spare in an axle out back, but turns out its from an M37 and is too short. Also could use a gasket for the rear differential.
I know VPW has them, but wondered if anyone closer had one, or if anyone would be willing to donate one. Being that we are a Boy Scout camp, we have virtually no maintenance budget. Any and all help is appreciated!
