The spring perches are the simple part of the swap. They can be bought most anywhere. You need to know the angle (tilt) of the motor and transmission, then weld the perches on to the correct width and angle so that the pinion is parallel to the angle of the engine.
The back spacing is dependent on the axle you use. Find an axle with the same or very similar wheel mounting surface width. This is the distance between the surfaces that the rims are bolted up to. Doing this will keep your wheels in the correct location. Don’t get an axle with a narrower wheel spacing.
