I designed a disc brake kit using a more modern caliper for stock axles. GM and mopar have shared brakes systems many times over the last 40 plus years. even into the 2000s I believe on trucks. Now I think they are all running unique designs.
So sometimes what appears to be a gm caliper may also have been mopar.
I was ready to have a permanent mold made for casting new cast steel hubs and at the same time talbert and someone here on the forum started making kits. So them combined with helitool I felt there was too much competition to justify the investment.
I might do the kit still at some point. its a one piece caliper bracket and would either do the new hub or an adapter ring. problem with adapter ring is people would still have to ship me hubs for some light machine work and rotor machining.
