I currently have a early 91 d250 Cummins I use for a daily driver. It too had low miles. It too is a standard cab le with every option according to all the paperwork I have tilt cruise elec mirrors . I had a 92 club cab duelly in 95 I kept until 2001 it too was an auto Cummins. As I have spent a lot of time and money repairing this truck due to parts failing from age rather than wear. It has been educational. That truck you have should be a power ram 250 auto 727 no overdrive, voltage regulator separate from alternator. Smaller turbo 3 1/2 verses the 4 on 91.5 . I have no idea of the value I am constantly looking for parts an at trucks. Prices seem to be 12- 20 but the high end ones tend to have dark interiors and factory paint schemes. Yours will be a high truck because of the mileage. I don’t know if the colors will help it. I would think maybe 16 an higher single cabs are more desirable here in tx than club cabs by the guys that buy them here. You would make good money here with that truck as all the 4wd like it have a exhaust stack in the back 350 million miles and been beat on by a kid who currently owns it. If you have paper work supporting the mileage. That is better the speeds constantly broke in those trucks and were not really fixed until 93. Unless I saw paperwork supporting the mileage knowing what I know now that would not be a major consideration. These trucks are hard to find parts for they are not old enough yet but too old to be supported. Prices tend to be okay on mechanicals but interior wiring etc really high. My .02 cents
