You should be able to slightly shift the cab left and right as well as front to back to align the cab before you tighten the bolts. Start with aligning the front left corner of the cab so that the peddles and steering column line up thighten the left front bolt first to hold that alignment. If your bolt holes are not correct in the blocks it may make alignment hard.
You also may have a bent peddle. Thane your time and check everything and figure out what needs to be done.
