ok your first post says slave. the cup not attached to the piston is not the same as a regular whl cyl. cup. it probably has little grooves in it to allow the piston to return faster when you take your foot off the clutch. the internals look the same as the 60s dodge hydraulic clutch MC. no one is making the kit anymore but you can buy the master cyl. might have to buy one to get the internal parts for yours. I have spent quite a few hours in the past trying to find a 1 1/8" rebuild kit for clutch MC and no luck.
