That looks to be a Snake River power steering pump bracket, Ford power steering pump with a Maska pulley, and I assume a Helitool steering box mount. I have a set of the above, but have absolutely no clue how much I'd have to have out of it. You'd need a 1978-1979-ish Dodge Ramcharger reverse rotation Saginaw power steering box, and either an aftermarket u-joints/shaft piece to attach to your stock column, or do like I did and use a 2004 Dodge 2500 box joint and a 1966 Dodge D100 steering column/shaft. It makes an amazing difference, for sure. But I could not stand the whiny Ford pump... they're notorious for it.
