If I were doing it for a true, look-like-new truck, I would order everything that Matt produces. My truck had a cobbled up military trailer bed with a 20k winch and an A frame for towing, so I never had to make a choice as to rebuild a beat up 70 year old factory bed. And I really didn't have the money to buy all the parts from Matt. Having the equipment and the ability to fabricate and weld my own bed was the only choice I could make.
