It's common in humid climates for a clutch to stick after vehicle sits for awhile. I watched the video and you may have a clutch cover issue. The pedal should completely pull back if it has the spring attached to the pedal. You should get resistance when pushing the pedal about 3/4 of an inch and it looks as though you're over half way down before you do. If you have screwed the yoke out as far as you can, then that is my guess.
