Thanks for the encouragement, I think? The frame is straight but the new rubber seal from VPW doesn't fit much better than the last one from Roberts. Still trying to figger' out which side goes against the sheetmetal? Commonsense says one way but the archives say the other.

Hopefully we'll see what our trucks are worth tomorrow at Mecum.
