My w-200 is a 69. Unfortunatley,it does not have E-brake on back of tranny. The spicer joint I got was a very common size used on Chevy 3/4 ton pick ups. Sorry, don't rmember the dimensions, but it is probably an inch larger yoke than the original cheezy dodge joints. Easy to lube and stronger. It bolts up with a U-bolt. The joints cost $12.00 each. I had a machine shop that specializes in drivelines order the yokes and re-weld the droveshaft. It is worth doing. The original dodge Yokes are more expensive, so if you have to replace them anyway, might as well up-grade.
