If someone had the need or want to change the cluster and actually did, who knows what the mileage actully is. My buddy did this to his Neon. He wanted a tachometer so he bought a cluster from a junkyard and installed it. The mileage was close, but not right. Buyer beware! Be wary of used vehicles, especially from a dealership.
