But it's much more likely to be an ordinary 1/2 ton military pickup that someone has put civlian wings (fenders) on.

They didn't make any military 1/2 ton hard cabs with winch, but it was fairly common to take an open cab Weapons carrier and stick a sensible civilian hard cab on it.

Identifying info would be frame number from front LH frame rail, engine number, cab plate number from passengers door jamb, and maybe glovebox plate info if it's military.
