Come to the conclusion that due to health and life things I won't be able to get around to building my other Carryall like I had planned. I am starting the price pretty high because I really don't want to sell it but I should sell it... But also I don't want it to get cut up. I've tracked the history down and it served with the 13th Bomb Squadron in WW2 and somehow it made it back here; I was told that one of the bomber crew guys loved it and had it brought back to NC (based on a phone conversation a few years ago with a veteran of the squadron). The markings are still faded through the paint.
It is rough, but the hard to find parts are all there, like rear gates, hinges latches, window hardware and such. Comes with two rough windshields to make one. Has a set of front and rear fenders, 5 combat wheels included with the truck. Rolls but steering wheel splines are stripped so have to steer it by turning tires.
Located in Chesapeake, Va. You need to come get it... I'm not dealing with a "hot shot hauler". At $6k, yes it will be a hard sale but maybe not as these things are hard to find lately.
Again, selling due to unfortunate reasons of reality and not reasons of necessity.
