Hard to tell if it has a leak. I timed it to get the highest vacuum and the vacuum seems good at higher rpm. Where could a leak be? The gaskets under the carb are new, and I think I used some copper spray. Since the mixture screw seems to be not doing anything, I'll go that route first and try to start with a known, good carb. Appreciate your inpu and think you said the same thing a month or two ago. I have been finding it hard to stay on this while the thoughts are fresh.
