I had a poor gray tone Xerox copy of a steam engine plan. I advertised on one of the job sites for graphic artists for someone to fix it.
One of the graphic artists was able to clean up the drawing and turn it into a high-quality digital file in a number of formats.
This plan is a lot better quality than the one I had. It should be a pretty easy job for anybody who is familiar with the process. All I had to do was send her a scan of the Xerox copy.
