I have twin sticked my 205. You should be able to grind your shift rails with the 201 - but I do not know for sure.
I made my shifter and the road are bent enough that the shift knobs just pass each other - works fine.
I unlock my hubs most times - those front drive shafts are far from balanced - my home brewed ones run better than the factory ones- factory i have seen them run almost 3/16 off of centre - which is absurd.
