Part of the fun with 70+ year old used parts. It sounds like there are issues with the reproduction units too, so it's a bit of a gamble either way. I'd prefer original if I can find a usable (fixable) set. We'll get some measurements on Bob's set and hope for the best. Thanks for the heads up though.
